Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Nutrestock Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • Fresh fruits/nuts (topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine chia, milk, vanilla & sweetener in a jar.
  2. Stir well, cover & refrigerate overnight.
  3. Stir before serving; add fruits or nuts.

Creamy, fiber-rich breakfast or dessert.
