Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Nutrestock Chia Seeds
- 1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- Fresh fruits/nuts (topping)
Instructions
- Combine chia, milk, vanilla & sweetener in a jar.
- Stir well, cover & refrigerate overnight.
- Stir before serving; add fruits or nuts.
