Flaxseed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Nutrestock Flax Seeds, ground
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix ground flax, coconut milk, cinnamon & banana.
  2. Chill 3–4 hrs or overnight.
  3. Sweeten with honey if desired.

Omega-3 packed; great for digestion & steady energy.
